Sales representative was extremely informative, polite as well as helpful in making sales transaction smooth and pleasant. No high pressure sale, gave me maximum value on my trade, and finance manager arranged financing at a lower rate than I could have obtained on my own. Sales rep (Shawn) was on the ball to make sure vehicle was ready for delivery to me on pre-arranged time. Other assistants in dealership such as delivery agent also extremely helpful as well as courteous and caring that my satisfaction was obtained. Sales rep (Shawn) also programed my phone to vehicle's Blue Tooth system as well as assisting me in transfer of Sirius Radio from old vehicle to new vehicle. Car was detailed beautifully and a full tank of gas was also provided. The best experience !!! More
