Initially I was concerned about how there are no negotiated pricing on the vehicles, but after he explained the reasoning behind that, I was ok with it. Shawn treated us very well and went thru the whole process in a very courteous manner. We came in late in the evening expecting to come back the next day to finish up. Shawn stayed late after normal closing time and we completed the process. I am very pleased with Shawns customer service, and will recommend him to others that are car shopping. More
