(By the way - I highly recommend (as the website states) making an appointment. When they say this dealership gets busy, they mean it!) My family and I were immediately impressed with the laid back culture as well as Clint's approach to the process. Instead of pushing the "sale", Clint took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle and we test drove a few different models. He also spent time patiently covering all of my options and pros/cons of buying used vs. new. He wanted to make sure my future car was a good fit for me. When I made the decision to purchase the paperwork was straightforward and simple - no hidden fees here. I appreciate that they are very upfront about the pricing as I did not want to have to negotiate all day long. Bonus - the vehicle I bought came in from an auction without floor mats, so Zeck threw them in at no cost. They really do go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. We were a bit disappointed in the amount they offered for my current car (offered $500, KBBV a few thousand) but that is most dealerships. For this reason I declined to trade it and will sell it myself. Overall, a fantastic buying experience and Zeck Ford will be at the top of my list when it's time to purchase my next vehicle. More

We chose Zeck Ford in Kansas primarily because they had the best prices in the tri-state area. We will no doubt be return customers, however, because of the amazing customer service we received. After our purchase there was a slight mix up with the address to where our paperwork was to be sent. I called the salesman Darius Mathis---and he handled it like a pro--while on his honeymoon! He apologized and within 5 minutes I received a call from Nick Nava, one of the managers at Zeck. The next morning I received an email that the paperwork had been sent express overnight delivery.
