Our salesperson was Sloan Cloke, a very nice young man who treated us (much older customers) with total respect and patience. In addition, other members of his "team" introduced themselves (Buddy and Tyler) and checked in on us without adding any pressure to the process. Zeck is a no haggle dealership that claims to offer "true value pricing". As an educated car shopper I can vouch for their value pricing model. Their prices were competitive or better compared with other Ford dealers I reviewed, and I reviewed all of them prior to my visit to Zeck. As a price motivated shopper, it is important that I get the best possible price and I feel I did just that with my purchase. I addition, I traded in a vehicle and they gave me more than one other dealer I had shopped with had offered. The closing process was also accomplished in a painless and timely manner. A couple more points I would like to make. I can't say enough about Sloan Cloke. It was such a pleasure to deal with this young man. He actually gave us a full test drive in four different vehicles. At the end of the test drives, my wife and I decided we wanted to sleep on it over night. He promptly returned the keys to our car and we were allowed to leave with absolute no pressure to close a deal that day. The next day we indeed did return to Zeck and bought the vehicle we chose. Our first impression was that it was difficult to tell the sellers from the buyers since there were no suits, ties or even polo shirts to be seen, nor were we swamped by salesmen while checking out the cars on the lots. Zeck Ford promises a different approach to car buying (and selling) and indeed it was! We were favorably impressed to see that management seems to treat the employees with respect which makes for good business and happy employees.Our salesman Ben Miller was friendly, polite and very helpful, not at all fazed by our numerous questions and the length of time involved in processing the purchase. And he seemed genuinely happy to be serving us! Our only complaint was the apparent confusion at the end of the process when communication seemed to break down a bit. Drove from Baltimore Maryland for a great deal Found vehicle (Ford Explorer) online. Price was good, but they matched another dealer's lower price (that dealer was in Ohio). I worked with Kyle Anderson mostly over the phone and he had sent pics & videos of the vehicle. We negotiated some and his price could not be beat. Kyle was very caring and responded to questions expeditiously and professionally. He worked very hard to fulfill my requests and that level of service is difficult to come by from any dealership.. So, I drove from Baltimore Maryland to Leavenworth Kansas (1109 miles) to complete the transaction. While there, I met Buddy, Brendan, and Eric at Zeck Ford. All were incredible nice and didn't delay the process one bit trying to sell me something I didn't need. After completing the transaction, I drove back to Baltimore Maryland and, boy, was I tired. But I would do it again in a heartbeat because of the hospitality of Kyle, Brendan, Eric, and Buddy. In fact, I told them I'd see them in 3 years when I will trade in this vehicle for another new one. I have to say, while in Kansas, I didn't see Dorothy or her dog. Mellissia was extremely helpful and informative during the entire transaction. I did have an issue with a trainer in the finance department not listening to me, but I don't fault Mellissia for that. The dealership does need to take care of this trainer though as he was so patronizing that he almost lost the dealership the sale. But other than my brief experience with him, the visit to the dealership was a positive one which resulted in me getting a car that I absolutely love. More
