Great experience. I had a great experience at Zeck, and it will not be my last. Tyler was fantastic from the get go. Although I didn't buy right away, he was attentive, I had a great experience at Zeck, and it will not be my last. Tyler was fantastic from the get go. Although I didn't buy right away, he was attentive, willing to answer any questions, and the whole time he did it with a smile. After the purchase, John S took the time to go through a detailed run through of the vehicle, and made sure to follow up after we got home. Ryan Banks at Zeck Ford ROCKS! We had an amazing experience with Ryan. He went above and beyond to make this happen for us. Friendly, super nice, and even talked with us on his day off. He worked to get us the best deal possible and was very upfront with us. We didn't feel like we needed to be worried about the "fine print" so much. He gave us lots of buying options and explained each of them in detail. He really took his time with us. Zeck Ford is amazing because they are not commissioned based. So you don't feel like the sales person is trying to squeeze you for every single dollar. We highly recommend Zeck Ford especially Ryan Banks though we are sure the rest of the staff is close to being as amazing as he is. More
