I vowed if I walked into Zeck's and got the same old sales pitch, I was out and was going to keep my car. I walked in and saw EVERYONE wearing t-shirts and shorts, not your normal dealership. Shawn approached me and had the truck ready for me to test drive, the exact truck I wanted. Needless to say, he worked extremely late that night to close my deal. Although everyone stayed late to assist in closing my deal, I never felt as if I was putting them out. Everybody was great. Shawn was very patient and was a pleasure to work with. Painless Car Buying at it's finest! I had been looking online and at some dealerships for a used suv for a couple of months. I was very specific with what I wanted...I saw that Zeck Ford I had been looking online and at some dealerships for a used suv for a couple of months. The website mentioned that it was almost ready so I headed out on Saturday morning to have a look. I was greeted at the door by Steve. Unfortunately, the car was still enroute to the dealership from New York. I test drove a similar model and put a deposit down on the one that matched my criteria. Less than a week later I have the car of my dreams for the Best price in town! It not only meets my expectations, it exceeds them! Great experience and really painless Car buying@ Zeck Ford! More

Good service on front end My husband and I purchased a 2014 Ford F150 XLT truck from Zuckerberg Ford in early July 2016. The process was great - we never felt pressured just t My husband and I purchased a 2014 Ford F150 XLT truck from Zuckerberg Ford in early July 2016. The process was great - we never felt pressured just to buy something. Oscar was very helpful in allowing us to search and find the right truck for our needs. The day was very enjoyable, which has not been our experience purchasing previous cars. Since we live in Missouri, but purchased in Kansas, we only had 30 days to get the truck tagged and registered. Zeck Ford said that they shouldn't have a problem getting the Title registration paperwork to us in time to avoid a penalty. That wasn't the case - I called Zeck Ford three times before the paperwork was finally sent to me (arrived one week after the penalty deadline). We had to pay the penalty to register. Also, Zeck Ford told us before we left that the Truck had a tire jack. We drive 3 hours home and no tire jack. When I called and asked for one to be mailed, Zeck Ford said not a problem. We got a car cleaning kit instead. So good service on the front end but not so much on the back end. More
