After our first meeting with Steve Courter, we knew we had made the right choice. Steve was helpful, never rushed us with making a decision and finding the right car for us. He took all the time we needed, never pushed us to buy, and demanded that we choose the right vehicle and get what we wanted. This is one car buying experience that we have not had any heartaches about at all. Since Steve wanted us to get what we wanted, he found us the right SUV that suited our needs and wants. This is the first of many future cars that we will buy from Steve at Zeck Ford. Never will we ever take our business any place else. From the second we stepped into the doors at Zeck, she wanted to know our story, why we were in the market, and then began looking for the car that would best fit our family. Our 'new' used car needed new brakes and the team thee took care of us and made the deal right. The only knock I have is that the dude in finance was kind of a xxxxx and they were way understaffed in that department. All we needed to do was write a check to them because we payed cash and it still took 1.5 hours from decision time to leave time. More
