They did a fantastic job in following up with us, sending photos of different options, and even went as far as calling us to explain the car they ordered for us did not fit their quality standards upon delivery since the Carfax report did not match how the vehicle looked. We truly appreciated this since all other dealerships would not have put forth the time and effort to make sure we, the clients, were taken care of. We were most impressed that they do not pay their salespeople commission. It was explained their sales staff gets paid the same bonus regardless of price of vehicle sold. We had never felt so comfortable in choosing a vehicle since there was zero pressure from the sales staff. They truly showed us our options, answered questions, and stepped back to let us decide.
