Amazing! We called ahead about this car and was told 'Mason' would be helping me. On arrival at the dealership I was introduced to a young man named 'Mason'. e We called ahead about this car and was told 'Mason' would be helping me. Mason was very helpful. He knew a great deal about this car. answered questions I had about the options and other details. While we were making payment arrangements the car was detailed and I was brought Zeck bottled water and even some delicious popcorn..Free of charge.. I was assured I could call if I had any question after the sale about the car such as the title being mailed or how to use any options I could not figure out myself. These people at Zeck Ford are so great. I would not hesitate to return should I need a car in the future and I will CERTAINLY be recommending them to friends and relatives. More

My wife and I had this perception that we were going into a hostile environment and that it was going to be an "us vs. them" atmosphere but we were so wrong. Steve Courter made sure the unit was there when I could visit and took all the time I needed to be certain it was the right one. Brendan Dow worked to get me a very fair trade in allowance. Today, I'm driving a very nice, 2015 F150! Once again a great buying experience, with one caveat. The newer guy in finance (his name eludes me) hadn't worked with my lender before (although we'd used them 3 times in the past) and created some additional paperwork and communication that hadn't been needed previously.
