Felt like Family! I first began working with Zeck Ford when my car was stolen and found a week later wrecked. I initially had the stolen vehicle towed to Honda of Tiffa I first began working with Zeck Ford when my car was stolen and found a week later wrecked. I initially had the stolen vehicle towed to Honda of Tiffany Springs but felt more like I was a pain than a customer. I had someone refer me to the body shop at Zeck and went ahead and had my car moved there to be fixed. They were great and kept me in the loop of everything that was going on with my car! Ultimately, my insurance company decided to consider the vehicle a total loss. It was time to start looking for a new car! Since Zeck worked so well with me during the whole process of my stolen vehicle, I decided to look at the cars they had for sale and fell in love with a 2014 Ford Fusion. I was hooked up with Dustin Deason and after the test drive I decided I was ready to buy (especially because my insurance was no longer paying for my rental). This is the part where I think that Dustin and the whole Zeck family went above and beyond for me. I am a single mom of two little girls, a 1 year old and 4 year old and they had both joined us for the car buying process. Dustin did most of the work since I was wrestling with a one year old most of the time to get her to keep still. They brought out toys, popcorn and coloring books with crayons to do whatever they could to make it easier for me! When all the paperwork was finished and we were ready to drive home in our new car, Dustin installed the car seats for me and even drove the rental vehicle to Enterprise so I didn't have to switch the car seats back and forth between cars! Getting my car stolen was probably one of the most horrible experiences I have had but I have to thank Dustin and Zeck for making the car buying process a breeze even with two toddlers tagging along! Our recent purchase Tyler and Zeck Ford were a pleasure to work with. I found our Ford Flex on cars.com, loved the price and called. Since we live out of state, Tyler too Tyler and Zeck Ford were a pleasure to work with. I found our Ford Flex on cars.com, loved the price and called. Since we live out of state, Tyler took the time to record a video of the vehicle and text it to me. We drove down the next day and bought it. The Flex was 2 years newer, had 12,000 less miles and $2,000 dollars cheaper than the best deal I could find locally. In essence, we got a 2015 Limited (all fees included) for the very same price as the best deal on a 2013 SEL (without any fees) that I could find. More
