All her amazing help and her ability to find me an amazing deal lead me to fly from Chicago to Kansas to make my purchase and I still saved and got a free trip. I had also been haggling for weeks, so when I walked in the door I was ready for much of the same old routine. It was your agent that broke the ice for me. I was not intending to buy a car yesterday. I was still kind of jaded and intended to  look around and head home as I had done so many times over the last few weeks. But Isiah really made me feel comfortable. His down to earth approach to your sales process got me to actually test drive a few cars. There was no way he could have known how frustrated I was with the whole buying process. His intuition served him well as he  walked me thru the process step by step, which lead me to finding a vehicle that served my unique needs. For the first time I really felt comfortable with an auto transaction, you are lucky to have him on your team and his patience and knowledge is a testament to your business style and training. He had succeed in creating a relationship where I was ready to walk in and walk out as I have done in every dealership in the Leavenworth area. Outstanding Buying Experience We stopped at Zeck Ford to look at a couple of Expeditions they had on their lot and was introduced to Clint Phillips our Personal Shopper. Clint introduced us to the Zeck Ford Dealership selling philosophy which includes no selling pressure and full disclosure on the history and background of the vehicle you looking at. Clint is a very patient, polite, and experienced car salesperson. He took the time to test drive the truck with us and to discuss the other Expeditions on their lot offering to let us drive each of them if we were interested. But we were very focused on what we were looking for and the first one met our expectations. We also wanted to take it that day for a weekend trip to Minnesota for a family reunion. Clint arranged to make this happen as well as get it back in the shop the following Monday for some minor touch up that we had requested. All in all it was an outstanding experience with Clint Phillips and Zeck Ford. More
