Smooth process I had my eye on a Ford Edge for quite some time now. I spoke with Isaiah through Facebook, being friend, he told me that they would get me settled in I had my eye on a Ford Edge for quite some time now. Everyone was very friendly and upfront with me about each car I looked at. The car "salesmen" wear t-shirts and shorts, not suit and tie which most people would find intimidating. Being my first purchased car, zeck ford was awesome about it. Thanks guys! More

very poor follow-through We often read or hear about car salesmen and their relentless pursuit to sell, sell and sell. My review is about a dealership and its management which We often read or hear about car salesmen and their relentless pursuit to sell, sell and sell. My review is about a dealership and its management which is actually just the opposite, but this isn't a good review because in my case, I wanted to buy one of their vehicles, but because of their unwillingness to follow through and do what they promised they would do, I will not buy a vehicle from this agency. After running across one of their adds for a certain truck, I called to inquire about its availability. I spoke to a young lady named Sarah who seemed quite robotic and impersonal. Regardless, I politely gave her my information and she told me she would need to get back to me about the truck's availability and promised to do so within 15 minutes. I thanked her and waited. After an hour I finally called back and once again, she answered the phone. I told her who I was and asked her if she had gathered the information and also reminded her she had told me she would call back in 15 minutes. She then told me some story about the truck being in "the shop". She then put me on hold after I told I wanted to work with someone else. She put me on hold for 3 minutes while she called my original phone number (which my wife answered) and told her she had no information about the truck and said goodbye....all while I was awaiting for her on my cell phone (which was not used in my original call to her). Suddenly while I was still on hold, the line went dead. She never came back to our call. She hung up on our call. I called back and asked for management and was given to a gentlemen named Jace. He described himself as the general sales manager. I politely told him of the call with Sarah and told him I wanted to inquiry about a truck. He was very gracious and apologized for Sarah ( which I was not in need of as I merely wanted to inquire about a truck) and he proceeded to take down my information and, after talking about a new truck, he promised he would get back to me within 30 minutes or so. Six hours later (and now they were closed) I never got a return phone call from Jace. Once again, I was promised something that even someone claiming to be in management, didn't do. Perhaps it was because I was calling out of state and they felt I wasn't a serious buyer. But, I told Jace my last three cars were all purchased out of state and I was quite serious about purchasing a truck from them. Still, he never bothered to return my call. I am a professional in private practice. My time is quite limited. It bothered me that I took some of my limited time on two occasions to contact this agency and they didn't have the courtesy to do what they both had promised they would do for me. Therefore,. I have to conclude that their unwillingness to merely return a sales call would most likely equate to an unwillingness to respond to me after a purchase. This may sound a bit trivial, but to me genuine business practices reveal their true character in the small things. My advice? I would avoid this dealership and find a dealership that returns phone calls....even those from out of state. More

We went to Zeck because they had the best selection of used cars that we were looking for and the best prices. Each Zeck employee we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Mark even followed up after the sale to see if there was any other way he could help. Even though Zeck Ford is a half hour from my home, I'd gladly make the drive again if I were in the market for a car! More

Very Good Experience We were shopping for our daughter, who is going off to college this fall, a newer, more reliable car and shopped around the KC area Ford dealers. We landed at Zeck, due to the fact that they had what we were looking for and the prices seemed great. I liked the fact that they had no haggle pricing. The bottom line price was up front. Our salesman, Darius, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us. We looked at several cars and he was extremely patient with us as we wanted to find the "right" vehicle for her. The process was easy. My only semi-complaint came when we went into the financial office to finalize the deal and we were offered an extended warranty and was told that there was "no pressure" to purchase, however my initial answer of no thanks was followed up by several attempts to get me to purchase. We were originally told that we qualified for 4.49% financing on the vehicle we chose, but when I had originally said no to the extended warranty, somehow to get us the warranty, he somehow came up with 2.9% financing. This is great and all but not sure why we were not approved for that % in the beginning. Would we have been eligible for that IF we had not purchased the extended warranty? They claim to be very transparent, but in this particular situation, I felt that this was back to the "old" way of buying a car. Again, overall we were very happy with our sales experience at Zeck, just did not like being somewhat pressured to purchase the extended warranty. More
