Prep was marginal Kyle Anderson did a nice job of showing me the vehicle and answering my questions. However, once I got the F150 home I learned the air filter had not Kyle Anderson did a nice job of showing me the vehicle and answering my questions. However, once I got the F150 home I learned the air filter had not been changed. The cover was loose so someone started then didn't finish. The engine compartment was filthy and oily. Someone had sprayed lots of Armor All but that's not the same as detailed. When I pulled the engine cover off to clean it, the insulation underneath looked like a varmint was living in it - it was all torn up. The next day Kyle got me a new filter and swapped the cover out, which was appreciated, but the detail shop needs to pay more attention. The car also only has one key. So I need to buy a second one and they are not cheap. I would think that getting two keys would be standard when buying a car. More

He showed me what would be best for me and asked me what I wanted in the end and based my car options from there. Although because of my work restrictions I could not purchase a vehicle from Ryan or Zeck ford they were very helpful in helping me find a car and actually helped my company's ford dealership find one for me since they are closer to my area than my company's ford dealership! I emailed the dealership with what I was looking for and they connected me with Mark. I set up a time to meet for a test drive and had several questions I wanted answered. Mark was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and was able to answer my questions. The "no haggle" pricing was also a good thing in my mind as I was in a time crunch and didn't want to spend the day going back and forth, which I didn't have to do with Zeck. Overall this whole process went as smoothly as possible and I will definitely consider Zeck for my future purchases. More
