Best deal around and amazing sales service!!! I had been shopping for just the right deal for over 5 months! I had spoken to several car dealerships from Chicago to Houston without success. I foun I had been shopping for just the right deal for over 5 months! I had spoken to several car dealerships from Chicago to Houston without success. I found the car I wanted for approximately $2000 less than their competitors were offering. What helped seal the deal with Zeck Ford, was the upbeat and knowledgeable, kick-a$$, Nicole Rick. I would recommend Nicole to all my friends and family. She was very personable and made the whole car-buying process simple and stress free. The only down side in my opinion was at the very end when doing the financial part of the deal. Cullen the financial manager was nice and thorough. He outlined all the levels of protection that Zeck offers. I declined. Next, Cullen has his manager come in and he tries to get me to add on at least the lowest protection plan available at a 'discount'. When I declined again, he tried a different tactic, even went so far as to say that his mother who is on fixed income could afford this. At that point I almost walked out. Please don't bully your customers. Not well done. It felt like intimidation. Be prepared to be offered an additional protection plan which might be worth every penny and you may wish to add to your financing. Enough said on that subject. I love the no-haggle price, I loved the atmosphere on the sales floor. The sales associates all seemed very happy and obviously enjoy their jobs. I would buy from Zeck again for the sheer fact that they have an amazing stock of cars to choose from as well as fantastic prices. Thank you Nicole for your assistance! More

Great experience for first time car buyer I went to Zeck Ford to look at a truck in their used car inventory. From the moment I walked in, I realized it was not like most dealerships. I was not attacked by typical car salesman trying to scam me for every dollar, Buddy Siems was incredibly friendly, down to earth and just wanted to help me with what I was looking for. I told them the truck I wanted to see, he brought it up, and that's how it started. I took the truck home and after some issues with my bank (no fault of the dealership), decided on not purchasing it. This is where Zeck stood out to me, instead of hassling me like I completely expected a dealership to do, they treated me with the UTMOST respect and had my original car ready to go. No hassle, Fast forward some time and I found another vehicle I very much liked at Zeck, I emailed Buddy for some information and he responded incredibly quick (and has every time I've ever emailed or called). On the day I went in to make the purchase Zeck had all of my paperwork ready to go, it was a fast, simple and seamless process for buying a car. I usually say that I despise car dealers, this is the very first experience where I would NOT say that. Zack was an absolutely incredible dealership to make my purchase from.
