He answers all our questions in person and via text (he had to be patient to deal with us! Haha) From deciding on the right car, to signing all the papers. Professional and Efficient! I had a car that I was upside down in for 3 years and wanted a new vehicle. I went in to see Mark in October seeing if I could get a new car but I was I had a car that I was upside down in for 3 years and wanted a new vehicle. I went in to see Mark in October seeing if I could get a new car but I wasn't quite ready. So, he suggested to keep making payments on the car I had and wait it. So, I went back in this month on 3/18/2016 and started the process again. This time I could feel that something was different and that I would get a car soon. And guess what happened? I got a new car on 3/21/16!!!! I love my car!! Mark is a VERY helpful person and he was honest with me about what I would have to do to get the car that I wanted. I have been to about 5 dealerships in the past to try and get a car and got turned down. But, Zeck Ford help me get in a new 2016 car!! Thank You so much for your time,patience, ans guidance Mark! You rock! I high recommended getting a car from here. I will be returning later in the future! More

Very efficient process, good service The service was very efficient (quick), and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The pricing delivered great value for the vehicle I chose. There was no negotiating the price of the vehicle, apparently a company policy - I'm still uncertain whether this is true or not, but I have no reason to believe it is not. I'm am unsure whether I would prefer the "no negotiation, priced as marked" policy or not, but if in fact this is a company policy, it should not be held against the salesperson. The only negative of my visit was the low trade-in value offered; it was well below Blue Book. I do understand that they value cars based on whether they will go to auction or sold on the lot, which was the reasoning behind the low offer. Not a big deal, my trade-in wouldn't bring much at auction and certainly wouldn't have been sold on the lot. Beyond the "priced as marked" policy and the trade-in value offered, everything was great. Last but not least, the initial interest rate quoted was 3% points higher than what was actually offered by the lender, which was a great surprise, but could have caused me to walk far too soon. I'm not sure if this an anomaly or not, but it is something to take into consideration. Overall, good to great experience, and I appreciate the efficient use of my time. More

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and quick it was to find what I was looking for. Shawn had the car I wanted ready to drive when I arrived for my appointment and answered every random question I had during our visit. I was a fan of the fair pricing model as well as the non-commissioned sales staff. I definitely feel like I got the car I wanted at a fair price. I arrived at the dealership an hour before closing and had decided to purchase the car within 20 minutes of my arrival. The staff members that worked on my purchase stayed late so I could take my car home that night, and it didn't at all feel like an inconvenience to anyone. Overall, it was a great first experience with purchasing from a dealership. More
