They both knew the vehicle well and were tenacious about the vehicle's condition prior to shipping. This was exemplified by Grant's preship inspection at which time he noticed 3 small scratches on the Lincoln MKX. He called immediately and texted photos of the scratches, said they would ship that day if the scratches were not of concern to me, or they would put it in the paint shop, fix and send a couple days later. I opted to have the scratches repaired and asked for text photos of the before and after repair. The shop did an excellent job, and the car shipped. The driver was also attentive to customer satisfaction, he called twice while enroute and gave us an arrival time which was within 15 minutes. He took car in unloading and doing a quick overview of the vehicle's condition. We will recommend Zeck to others and will contact them with our future auto needs. Thankyou all at Zeck. More

Sometimes, you have to settle for a vehicle that simply fits your budget; working with Buddy and his team, we were able to find something that fitted not just our needs, but also our wants. We were constantly being checked on, someone from Zeckford would stop by and ask us how we were doing or if we needed anything. The team simply took care of us, even though we were in the building at a relatively busy time. Buddy stayed with us from the moment we sat down, until we drove off the lot with our new (to us) truck- two hours after closing time. My advice, call Zeckford- right now, ask for Buddy. While the sales team is topnotch (with Grant at the top), the service team is really the folks who have kept us coming back over the years. The brakes went out, and after a long (and expensive) experience fixing them, the hybrid battery went dead. We decided to go look at Zeck Ford after a recommendation from my dad, who has purchased many cars from there. We worked with Jason Hartwell, and from the very beginning all the way to the end (six and a half hours later!) he was absolutely so helpful and listened to all our needs and wants. I would recommend Jason to anyone needing help with purchasing a car. Our only complaint came when we were doing the financing part of the process. Adam was very pushy with the extended warranties that were offered, and even after telling him that we were not interested, he continued to push it and even brought in the financial manager to try and pursuade us to purchase the warranties. I felt very uncomfortable, and very much like they were attempting to "bully" us into it. After staying firm and continuing to say no, they continued with the finance process and we were sent on our way. After this unpleasant experience, we spoke with Jace about our experience. He was very open and honest with us, and although he was very busy he took time to listen to us. I left feeling like the situation was going to be resolved and hoping it would not happen to anyone else. Beside the problems with the people who work in the finance department, my overall experience at Zeck Ford was a positive one, and I will highly recommend their business to anyone looking to purchase a car.
