Nope, not with Zeck Ford. They follow up periodically to ensure we're getting the best out of our car. We even have a Customer Assistance and Resolution Specialist (CARS) assigned to schedule our service appointments, answer questions about our vehicle, and assist us in any way needed throughout our vehicle ownership. It was after sitting down and being introduced to Sloan that we knew we were going to enjoy the car buying process. We had previously looked at a couple of different dealerships and left feeling disappointed. Although we had an idea of what kind of vehicle we wanted, Sloan was able to help us narrow our choices by knowledgeably answering all of our questions. After test driving the first GMC Terrain that Sloan had recommended us, we were instantly sold.
