The climate control on our edge was not working properly when we test drove it. Jason and the mechanics assured us it was only a minor problem and they fixed it the morning after we bought the edge and was suppose to deliver it to us the same day it was fixed. The one and only issue that my wife and I had with Zeck Ford came when the Edge was suppose to be delivered. There was a communication issue when the driver said he would be headed our way shortly, and my wife waited for 3-4 hours to hear from the driver before we called the driver ourselves. We then just went ahead and picked up the edge without any problem. Like I said, it was only a minor miscommunication and it did not detour us from purchasing the car. My wife drives the Edge primarily and she absolutely loves the car! When we have contacted Jason with any issues, he immediately handles the situation to make sure we have the best experience with the vehicle. I would have given the dealership 5 out 5 stars easily without the miscommunication issue. More
