Her patience is like that of no other car salesman(woman) that I know, being that I'm "miss indecisive". She allowed me time to think about the purchase, offered and allotted me time to spend with the vehicle before committing to buying it, and made things transition as smoothly as possible. not to mention the follow-up phone calls and multiple post cards that just makes a person feel like the experience is beyond the car buying ordeal (actually makes one feel valued and human-like) instead of like just a number.
