Excellent Experience We made the mistake of going to several other car dealerships before we heard about Zeck Ford. At each one we felt awkward. Most of them were stuffy, uptight places where the dealers seemed to always have an agenda that benefitted their dealership. Then we came to Zeck Ford and saw the drastic difference. While we were at Zeck we had 5 different people ask us if we needed anything or if we needed help, and they all seemed to genuinely care about our needs. Ray was great at walking us through the car buying process and made us feel like we were getting the best deal on our car. Through every step of the process it felt like everyone was trying to get us any deals they could find. They worked with us on our interest rates and explained how all of the service plans and warranties worked. Even the staff at the repair side of the dealership were great. We needed another key made, and they were able to do it quickly. They we were extremely friendly as well. All in all this was a great car buying experience. We couldn't be happier. More
