I was home bound, miserable, and a lot of times depressed. Then this angel came into my life named Nicole at a dealership called Zeck Ford and made it possible for me to get a really nice car. I told her I would have to wait so I could pay insurance and the Ford dealership paid the insurance for me for Christmas so I could get the car now. They are willing to fix anything wrong with the car, if anything, till I am satisfied. They have bent over backwards to make sure I have been treated well, and I have, very well, Thank You! New to dealership purchases, won't go anywhere else! After my 2007 Craigslist Focus was totaled in a hit and run, I knew I had no other car option but a Ford that protected my friends from the hit. Ford was a first car, and it will always be my car! Of course the first car is meant to be banged up a bit, so for my second (and hopeful long-time) I went to a dealership. From the moment we entered the building, they made us feel like family! We had looked up cars ahead of time, and were looking at their Used Focus' and just needed to test drive. Fran let us know from the start that they are a non-commission dealership, so they genuinely want to be sure we love what we are driving! After talking for a bit, we moved on to the driving. I DO with the test drive wasn't on such a windy-road, but it definitely got me used to the car's handling quicker, probably the point. I'm not a car-savvy person, so Fran kept the car terminology to a minimum, still making sure I knew the ins and outs, and answered all questions fully! He didn't force us to drive other cars, or even show us others, we knew what we were there for, so he wanted to be sure we got that. After driving 2/3 of their Used Focus' a decision was made, and financing done. I had decided on a beautiful Used Silver Ford, 2 years old, but the entire car looked like it had just rolled off the factory floor! Not a single scratch on the entire body, and the inside shined beautifully! While he handled the process we had the pleasure of meeting Derek Zeck, the owner. He explained why they went Commission-Free at his dealership, and that they want to be sure people love the car they drive, and aren't forced into choosing one. Even after papers were signed and keys were handed over, Fran kept his attention to us, making sure all questions were answered and we felt comfortable with my new purchase. As I said, I've never dealt with a Dealership before, but after our afternoon with Fran, I won't go anywhere else! Zeck Ford has it all; nice dealers, friendly faces, excellent cars, and the coffee isn't half bad! More
