STOKED ON THE NEW FOCUS! I BOUGHT MY DREAM FORD FORD FOCUS AT A DREAM DEALERSHIP! I HAD PREVIOUSLY DEALT WITH ZECK FORD A FEW YEARS BACK WHEN I WORKED AT THE LOCAL VETTERS CO I BOUGHT MY DREAM FORD FORD FOCUS AT A DREAM DEALERSHIP! I HAD PREVIOUSLY DEALT WITH ZECK FORD A FEW YEARS BACK WHEN I WORKED AT THE LOCAL VETTERS COLLISION REPAIR BUT NEVER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO STEP ONTO THE SALES FLOOR AS A CUSTOMER. APPON ARRIVING AND WALKING TOWARDS THE DEALERSHIP IN THE COLD GUSTY POST CHRISTMAS WEATHER I WAS WARMLY WELCOMED BY JULIE RODRIGUEZ. SHE WAS NOT ONLY JUST STELLAR ENOUGH TO HOLD THE DOOR OPEN BUT ALSO ASKED MULTIPLE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS AS TO PREVIOUSLY OWNED VEHICLES AND WHAT STOOD OUT TO ME AS THINGS THAT I FANCIED. HER COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND EYE CONTACT WHERE SPOT ON LEAVING A MARK IN MY MIND AS ONE OF THE UPMOST PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS I HAVE YET DEALT WITH. HER TIME MANAGEMENT WAS ANOTHER THING WORTH TALKING ABOUT AS SHE ENDED UP GETING ME SETUP WITH A TEST DRIVE WITHIN THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF TIME. ANOTHER THING THAT STOOD OUT WAS THE AMOUNT OF TRUELY WELCOMED CONVERSATION I SHARED WITH MULTIPLE WONDERFUL PEOPLE PRESENT. I was asked what I wanted my payments to be and my salesman Cullen went above and beyond to find me the perfect car to fit my budget.
