Cullen was available to us the whole experience and during the test drive he kind of "coached us" through driving a Ford and their features. He was very knowledgeable and had provided a good customer experience. Once we selected the vehicle that we wanted, then came the paperwork and the wait. The paperwork got mixed up with another car but Cullen worked to clear that up. There was very little budge on price and they prep you for that at the beginning of your experience to let you know why they have provided a competitive price. It took a few hours from start to finish but that is typical when you are buying a car. Their approach to service the customer rather than the sale is much more effective and we were satisfied with our purchase. Afterwards I had a couple people mention they knew some people who bought a car from Zeck Ford and were quite happy with their purchases which also solidified that we made the right choice to buy a car from them. More
