The only thing I have to complain about is the fact that the finance manager told me that US Bank wouldn't finance Lemon buybacks (which my car was). It was Saturday and the bank was closed, so I had no choice but to trust him. The following Monday my personal banker called and told me that they finance on EVERYTHING except for salvage titles. I was a little upset that the finance manager would lie to me just to get me to finance through Ford (higher interest rate). I would have taken it back or refinanced if US bank would have extended financing to 72 months. More
