Best car buying experience, by far! I gave Zeck Ford 5 out of 5 stars because of how much they did/were willing to do for me. This was my first time stepping foot into Zeck, and right aw I gave Zeck Ford 5 out of 5 stars because of how much they did/were willing to do for me. This was my first time stepping foot into Zeck, and right away I didn't feel the gloomy atmosphere you get from other car dealerships. I came to this dealership after 2 others pushed me away without even batting and eye. Zeck fords finance and sales team made it possible for me to drive out of there with my dream come true in a 2016 mustang GT! They gave me $4,000 more for my trade in thank previous dealerships (without having to negotiate anything) and also gave me $2,000 in rebates that I didn't even know existed! Not once did anyone try to get me into a different car, they were determined to get me into what I wanted. Zeck got online and started searching surrounding dealerships to find me my perfect car, and they did. They found my car in Nebraska, and had it delivered to their dealership the next day no questions asked!! My salesman Grant, kept me updated through the entire process and location of the car via text/phone calls. I've purchased 3 new cars before going to Zeck, and this was honestly the best and most fulfilling experience I've ever had. They constantly offer you drinks and food throughout your process and will really work with anything or anyone to get the job done. All these things go a long way in my opinion, especially when your getting ready to make an investment like this. Until you experience it for yourself, you won't know how different if really is. 2 thumbs up and nothing but smiles!! Thanks Zeck! More

If someone is being nice you may feel it is because of the sales motivation. Zeck is truly different in their approach, they are helpful and friendly. They just want to help you get what you are looking for and make it work. They are a busy dealership but they act like a team and it is very refreshing to see them operate. Nicole and Kyle were fantastic and embody the great approach they have at Zeck. This is the second car I purchased here and I’ve been amazed both times. If you haven’t checked them out before I would highly recommend it. More

Worth the trip From start to finish Cullen was very helpful. After finding the car online, I drove from Omaha because there was nothing comparable for the price in the Omaha area. Most of the arrangments had been made before I made the drive. There was a small hitch in the process when it took about 3 hours to close the deal when I had been assured it would not take long. Even with this small problem, Cullen did his best to make my experience a good one. To demonstrate he was sincere in how badly he felt about the delay, Cullen filled the tank on my car out of his own pocket. I was aware from other reviews that the dealeship usually provides only 5 gallons of fuel in a used car. This was over and above what Cullen had to do and it was greatly appreciated. I had never been in a dealership that was as busy as Zeck was that Saturday morning. They must sell an amazing amount of cars. I would recommend Zeck Ford, and more specifically, Cullen Lewman, to anyone in the market for a car. More
