2014 Ford F150 FX4 Buddy Siems is the bomb! The rest of the staff is great, too! I totalled my Ford Ranger on a bridge (black ice) and my wife found this truck on their Buddy Siems is the bomb! I spoke with Jason Hartwell the ebay representative, and he set me up with Fran Weis. The Explorer was washed, detailed, and fueled up ready to go, unlike most dealerships. We had dealt with a separate dealership for many years, but were absolutely impressed with the amount of inventory that Zeck Ford had on hand. They have any vehicle that would suit a person in need, in any color, and style. The Explorer sport we purchased is a beautiful vehicle, low miles. We purchased the Explorer and brought it home. We had something that was overlooked during the purchase, and instead of asking us to bring the Explorer back up to Zeck to handle things, they drove a new beautiful F-150 fully loaded supercrew as a loaner down to us in the Springfield area (4 hr drive) and drove the Explorer back to Leavenworth to take care of what we needed. They then drove the Explorer four hours back to Springfield to return it and swap out for the loaner vehicle. I have never known a dealership that would go the extra distance to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle. Fran Weis is professional and a gentleman. We were in and out of the dealership in just a few hours driving our sweet Ford Explorer Sport Ecoboost Twin Turbo V6. We have found our new dealership that will handle our auto needs for many many years to come. Thanks Zeck!!! More

Dustin wasn't pushy at all and gladly showed me anything I asked for and Gene was extremely knowledgeable and patient when it came to the trade-in process and settling on a number that was more than fair for my trade-in. Unknown to me, Dustin even came in on his day off to show me around, even though he had only talked to me on the phone a single time and could easily have asked me to come in another day. I commend them on their efforts to re-brand the Car Lot and attract the next generation of car buyers. We bought a used 2014 Ford Flex and are very happy with our purchase. A few thoughts on the overall experience. - Our salesman would not budge on the sales price. Although they advertise "No Haggle" pricing, I think a lot of people, like me, will likely go in thinking they can negotiate. The only thing I was able to negotiate was the price of my trade-in and even that was marginal. They will not go down in price and will not waive the $400 administrative fee. - We told them up front that the finance rate was an important factor in our purchase and that we would not agree to buy the car until we knew what that rate was. While waiting on the banking information, they pushed us to move out of our trade-in and into the car that we had not decided to purchase. We didn't find out the interest rate until we had begun filling out the paperwork. I understand the sales tactic, but it was annoying. - Don't plan on getting out of the dealership in a short amount of time. They were very busy when we were there and we spent 7 hours there. This included two test drives, a little thinking, and financing. I know I've highlighted the negatives here, but overall it was an okay experience. I would buy another car from them, my expectations would just be a bit different. More
