I have to say, I'm not typically one to write reviews. However, I had such a great experience at Zeck Ford that I felt like I needed to share it. This was my first experience buying a used car, and going in, I was a bit leery because of the typical reputation of car dealerships -- that stereotype couldn't be further from the truth for the folks here. The employees at Zeck Ford are all extremely friendly and helpful, and they genuinely seem to have the customer's best interest in mind. They do not work off of commission, so you don't have to worry about them trying to sell you a more expensive car. I especially appreciated the no haggle pricing, which is based on market value so you also don't have to try and argue for a good deal. Our salesman, Rusty Jacobson, was fantastic. He showed us several cars, took us on test drives, and gave us the information we needed, but did not make us feel pressured to make a decision on the purchase. I ultimately decided to purchase a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL, which I have been extremely happy with. There were a few issues with the car (e.g., a few marks on the hood of the car) when I first bought it, that Rusty promised they would fix. He was very responsive when I called to schedule an appointment for the service and set me up with a loaner car while the work was being done. They even addressed another issue (one of the buttons on the car was not working) that I had not initially noticed free of charge, which I think speaks volumes about the integrity of this dealership. Overall, I've had an extremely positive experience with Rusty and the others here at Zeck Ford. I would recommend it to anyone, and would go back here if I needed to purchase another car in the future. More
