Zeck Ford redefines customer service and satisfaction! I don't even know where to begin. 'Outstanding' would be a good way to start, but it goes far above that. "Went the extra mile?" Better yet, "knocked it completely out of the park"! In the spring of 2013 we came to Zeck Ford to look at a Flex. Ryan worked with us all day, and we drove away in a 2011 F-150. Fast forward to many months later. We were still looking for a Flex for Karen. Ryan introduced us to Kyle and now we had two of Zeck's finest working on this deal. They did not give up, period! They were both determined to help us find the vehicle we wanted. These two gentlemen were so very patient as we test drove several vehicles. Then this week, they made it happen for us! We got the Flex of our dreams, the absolutely perfect one for Karen. One that she just truly loves!
