From the test drive to the final contract signing, the whole process took about 1 hr and 30 min. They deal with some pretty impressive bank lenders also (e.g. Wells Fargo, USAA, etc). I am extremely happy and I dare say in love with my pre-owned mustang purchase. Thanks Ryan for helping me take home this sweet ride. Our sales person Cullen Lewman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at, and very familier with the features of the vehicles, explaining and demonstrating them, to the extent that we felt very comfortable when we left the dealership. I would definately recommend this experience to others looking for a new or used vehicle. We were treated with respect and even provided a grilled hamburger while we waited for paper work. The whole process start to finish took about 3 hours. Retail price was VERY attractive and I know the Quick lane service department is the best...I have used them for may years. Thank you! More

Steve was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, showed me all the bells and whistles. When it was time to sign all the paperwork, the Finance guy (sorry forgot your name) did not push any of the optional plans. Steve even called me to see how I liked the car (Steve-I will call you back- work has been very busy this week). Overall- great experience. Everyone is friendly and it is laid back and comfortable.
