Best Car Buying Experience! My wife and I purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer from Zeck Ford. We were really attracted to the low prices at this dealership and when we found they do My wife and I purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer from Zeck Ford. We were really attracted to the low prices at this dealership and when we found they do not haggle, it took a lot of added stress out the whole car buying experience. We have 2 toddlers under 2 and Brendan, Nick and the team were very understanding and helpful through the whole experience. From helping to move car seats for test drives to giving toys and popcorn to help keep the little ones under control it showed a lot care and PATIENCE which you do not see at most dealerships. I will be a return customer for sure. Thanks to Brendan, Nick and Zeck Ford! We love our vehicle! More
Great EASY Experience! Buying a vehicle when I was not quite prepared to meant I was not exactly thrilled about heading to the dealership. We picked Zeck for the prices online and recommendations of friends and drove past several other Ford dealerships to get there. After doing much of my shopping online and making initial contact via email, meeting with Buddy and narrowing down which vehicles were still on the lot was easy and he made the process comfortable. The signs all over the dealership that say "No Lot Lizards" are true, I was absolutely in control of the entire process. There is no haggling prices (well MAYBE for your trade in value if you don't bring in a vehicle ready to explode like I did!), no pressure, we were given all the time we needed to make decisions, and given all the information we needed or wanted readily. The staff was there with us well after closing while the detailing team put the final touches on my 2014 Escape after the purchase and we were not rushed away, Buddy still wanted a picture! Great EASY experience. We will definitely be back to see Buddy! More

While observing Danny, I noted his various skills. First, he knew how to do his job. Second, he was a professional in every sense of the word. Finally, he made me feel he was truly concerned about solving my problem with our 2013 Explorer. Although the problem was minor in nature and quickly solved, Danny demonstrated his intent on meeting my needs. Danny is a great asset to the service department and Zeck Ford. Zeck's service and sales personnel (specifically Steve Courter) are the best I have encounter in the "car business". Keep up the good work. More

The best experience ever After leaving a dealership where my husband and I felt we were being held hostage, we decided to stop a one more dealership before heading home,which After leaving a dealership where my husband and I felt we were being held hostage, we decided to stop a one more dealership before heading home,which was Zeck Ford. Instantly, we felt at ease. After looking around a bit, a young man introduced himself as Josh Stillian. He asked us if we needed any help, and we told him exactly what we were looking for, down to the color, and that we didn't want brand new, but fairly new. After a few test drives, we found "the one". Josh made everything so easy to understand. On Dec. 3, my new car was stolen from my home, and during the 2 weeks that my car was missing,we received several phone calls, and notes of encouragement in the mail from Josh. That is something we will never forget. When my car was found, I had it towed to Zeck Ford to be fixed. During the time it was being repaired, I was in constant contact with Caleb Snowberg in the body shop. He let us know what was going on through the whole process. He answered all our questions and concerns, and always made us feel our car was just as important to him as it was to us. I happened to express how violated we felt knowing that these thieves were in,and driving my car, and after my car was repaired, Caleb had the whole car detailed, and when I got back in it, it was like we just bought it. I will always be grateful to Josh, and Caleb. I will recommend Zeck Ford to all my friends and family, and when my husband is ready to buy his next truck, we know exactly where we will go.
