I spent a couple of months in the Kansas City area looking for a good used car less than 6 years old for a fair price. I didn't think it would be that hard but all I found were scams and rude sales pe looking for a good used car less than 6 years old for a fair price. I didn't think it would be that hard but all I found were scams and rude sales people. Worn out and discouraged, I decided to search for a GOOD SALESMAN rather than a good car. I finally settled on Jeff Bowlin. I'll never go to anyone else! He understood my family's needs and was patient. He didn't control us but let all my kids and me try any car on the lot we wanted. He didn't push us to be in a hurry. He respected my kids and I appreciate that. We tried nearly every car until we found one that fit our needs. That is what we needed to do and Jeff let us do it with no problem. When we found the one we liked, I was too tired to drive it. Jeff didn't say anything but seemed to understand. He drove the car out of lot and just kept driving my family around. I was exhausted and didn't even care. I was enjoying the ride. We didn't buy the car the first day and he never pushed us to make a sale. I really appreciated his kindness and respect. A few days later we came back ready to buy the car. I checked it out some more and took it for a drive. Jeffrey made the buying process a breeze! He took great care of us. I never felt scammed. I was never put down. I actually had fun! I waited about 5 months to write this reveiw to make sure the car was good. I haven't had a single problem. I will definately do business with Zeck Ford in the future. More

After two bad experiences with other dealers, we decided to give Zeck a chance. I'm very glad that we did. I love that the staff wears jeans. It makes the experience much more relaxed. Jace was a pleasure to work with. My husband called him looking for a small pick up and Jace immediately directed him to the red Ford Ranger that just came in. I called Zeck Ford interested in a very specific vehicle. I was told they take appointments. An appointment was made and they assured me the vehicle would be there. After arriving at the dealership and me I was told they take appointments. An appointment was made and they assured me the vehicle would be there. After arriving at the dealership and meeting Brian, we discovered the vehicle was not available. I drove 40 miles out of the way to come to Zeck Ford. Brian told me he would make sure the vehicle was available the next day, but I was not willing to risk poor customer service 2 days in a row. At the very least, the manager should have called to apologize. I went to another Ford dealer instead. Extremely dissapointed in Zeck Ford. But Brian Waterman was terrific, very professional and it made me feel bad for him. He is a great person. Under no circumstances would I recommend this dealer. Their lack of caring was extraordinary and dissapointing. More
