I was very pleased with the overall service I got while buying my new pickup. I live over six hours away and they still were able to work very well with me and we kept in personal contact during the whole buying my new pickup. I can not say enough good things about Zeck Ford. In October of 2011 we purchased a used Mercury Mariner from Gene at Zeck Ford. We loved everything about the car, got a great price and a hard to belie October of 2011 we purchased a used Mercury Mariner from Gene at Zeck Ford. We loved everything about the car, got a great price and a hard to believe interest rate (even lower than our personal credit union). Fast forward six months and I was rearended in the Mariner, causing the vehicle to be a total loss. The thought of shopping for a new car to replace one we loved in every way, was very daunting. I spent a week looking at cars on the Zeck website and failed to find one that met my very long wish list. (Any normal person would have had a million they found acceptable, but I admit I was being overly picky after the wreck). Gene was amazing, he didn't pressure us to buy something we didn't want, and he spent countless amounts of time emailing and phoning me with options. When I found a few vehicles I was interested in at another dealer, Gene took the time to call and see if they would be able to get any of them. He definitely came through and had one of the other dealers vehicles at Zeck ford within 12 hours. The other dealer hadn't done a good job cleaning it and he made sure it was cleaned before our appointment a mere 24 hours after he and I had confirmed that he could get the vehicle. Gene made a frustrating process so easy. Additionally, Dave in financing is also great to work with. We had such a low interest rate on the first vehicle, they couldn't match it again. But they got us very close, and threw in a few extras for being repeat customers, we even ended up spending less the second time around, but still got all the features on our very long list. I don't plan on ever going to another dealership, you won't be sorry if you shop at Zeck! More
