Rick Hansen (Finance Manager) Though we did feel pressured into buying the extended warrenty we understand his job is to help with the finance and offer the warrenty to the customer and Rick did do that very well. We have been Ford buyers for years and we know the quality ford puts into their cars and improve them year after year,that is why we keep coming back and buying ford. Maybe Rick needs to believe more in Fords ability to build Great cars. We do understand that warrenties provide peace of mind and sometime they are used. The new electronics are pretty expensive as he explained to repair once the standard 3yr warrenty is up, I think every customer wants to come away with the feeling that they have bought a quality car and that it is not going to let them down. (Thank you Rick for the smooth process in finacing our car) We love the new 2012 Ford Explorers look, feel, and quality with all the new features that Ford has work so hard to improve and ask what the customer wants in a car. We were satisfied with the entire process from the first time we did a test drive to driving it home, returning for gas fill up to driving off again. We started working with Jace and we decided to purchase the vehicle and he was going to be on vacation when we were going to be able to make it back in. He hooked us up with Jay, said he would take care of us and he did as well as John who showed us all the ins and outs of the vehicle (2001 Ford Edge). Thanks to everyone for doing a GREAT job! This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Zeck because we appreciate the hospitality and the service and their prices are better than other Ford dealerships and we returned to FORD because they didn't take the buy out! Knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to make sure our buying experience was as stress free as possible. Every person associated with the Dealership, whether meeting formally with introductions, or chance encounters had a smile and an attitude that made us feel welcome. It is obvious the employees like where they work and this attitude is one of the reasons why their showroom was buzzing with customers. The Ford F150 met all of our requirements and now that we have had some seat time, has exceeded all expectations. This is one sweet truck. Our experience with Zeck Ford was great! My previous car quit on me the 4th of July, so we started searching. My husband found what he thought was a "great deal" at another dealership. The day I was to go quit on me the 4th of July, so we started searching. My husband found what he thought was a "great deal" at another dealership. The day I was to go drive it, our daughter and son-in-law stopped by. He got on-line to do some more searching, since, in his opinion it wasn't such a "great deal". Zeck Ford had so much more to choose from, and the prices were less than what we had previously seen. Jason Hartwell was the salesman me worked with--VERY patient friendly, and helpful. Not once did he try to pressure me in any way. I was thinking, "This is not the experience we had when purchasing our last vehicle at another dealership!!". The staff is very friendly and helpful. They took the time to work with us. We went there looking for a used car, but started looking at brand new ones. We purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion and we absolutely love it. I really liked how the staff was down to earth and not stuffy like other dealerships we had been to that day. It didn't matter to them that we were the last ones there. They still acted like we were the most important thing to them. Their customer service is #1. Other Ford dealers pale in comparison with these guys. Zeck Ford is the best in our book. More
