The people at East TN Nissan, went out of their way in helping pick out my Pathfinder. They stayed after hours just so I could make the drive up there. I live in Kingston and they are in Morristown so its helping pick out my Pathfinder. They stayed after hours just so I could make the drive up there. The staff at East Tennessee Nissan worked with me and made sure during the whole purchase I was completely satisfied. The price was great! The service was great! and I love my new Nissan Juke. When I picked up the car a few days later, Pork Chop had it ready for me, with a special gift that was a nice touch. More importantly, he went above and beyond the call to address some minor flaws that are typical for a two year old car. As this was a vehicle for my teenage daughter, I wanted it to be special, and Pork Chop helped make it so. David was low-key, patient and very knowledgable about each of the vehicles we were interested in. The only glitch was the trade-in value.
