Reasonable, responsive service I usually avoid having service done at dealerships. I can handle most repairs and those I cannot (or don't have time for) I have a crack mechanic at a I usually avoid having service done at dealerships. I can handle most repairs and those I cannot (or don't have time for) I have a crack mechanic at an independent shop do. But I was out-of-town and my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder was acting strange. I made an appointment to have it checked out at ETN, plus have 90K mile inspections, oil change. ETN service took my car in on time and did a very thorough job. All done in 1.5 hours. Melissa was great at handling all customer interface and the mechanic, Patrick, explained what the 'strange' behavior was and what to do to avoid the situation in the future. Very knowledgeable. What was especially refreshing is they did not try to hard sell me on services I did not want/need. I am in the area every few months and will try to schedule regular maintenance with ETN More
