Very satisfied with our sales department. When the sales person asked if we wanted an extended warranty, we said NO. Very UNSATISFIED WITH FINANCE PERSON. When we met with Justin Davenport When the sales person asked if we wanted an extended warranty, we said NO. Very UNSATISFIED WITH FINANCE PERSON. When we met with Justin Davenport, he had a stack of paperwork already completed, He handed each form to us, showed us where to sign with no explanation of what we were signing. To be fair we did not take the time to read each form. Once we got home and reviewed the paperwork, we found that he added an extended warranty for $2491.00. Had we realized we would not have taken this warranty. More

Looked at vehicles on their website on Thursday evening. Saturday morning Mariah from Zumbrota Ford called and got more information about what I was looking for. She was not pushy at all and helped me get an appointment set up to come in later that day. When I arrived I was greeted by several people as soon as I walked in the door, including Todd Fitz, who would become my solution provider for the day. What an excellent experience it was working with Todd! We discussed what I was looking for, what my budget was, and about my trade. By time we had the paperwork in to finance Todd had a truck pulled around for me to drive. We test drove about five trucks and then circled back to the first one. His patience and willingness to let me drive as many trucks as I needed to find just the right fit was very much appreciated. Once we got into finance Dara was awesome about getting me numbers on the two trucks I was interested in. I met the owner of the dealership while I was there as well. It was a long day, but a very good experience. Todd was simply the best to work with! I would highly recommend Zumbrota Ford to anyone. This is the first time I have purchased there and I will be back next time I have a vehicle need. More
