My wife and I were met by a very professional salesperson (Richard Jack) upon entering the dealership. The vehicle was not on the Zumbrota lot, however it only took a couple of days for it to arrived. Taking delivery of the vehicle was a very easy process and was not time consuming. Also the price was right. I will definitely buy a vehicle from Zumbrota Ford again. More

My parents had bought several vehicles from Zumbrota Ford in the past. So it was really very easy for us to decide to go down and give the folks at Zumbrota Ford a chance to help us. We do not live next to Zumbrota by any means, we are much closer to Apple Valley and Burnsville. Steve and his staff are not aggressive at all. They are exactly the opposite. This makes dealing with them so much easier and less stressful. Overall the staff at Zumbrota Ford is amazing. My wife and I had arrived at the dealership around 12 p.m. and started to drive through the lot to see what was available. The vehicle that we had seen on their website was gone, but they had several others along the same style and price that we had wanted to spend. Drew came out to greet us. He was all smiles even though it was raining and kind of snowing at the same time. Typical March weather in Minnesota. My wife and I had told Drew what we had been looking for and he was very helpful with finding us the vehicle of her dreams. Drew set us up with the Finance folks and by 4 pm my wife was driving off the lot in her 2010 Milan. I feel kind of bad not giving more detail of how amazing the entire staff was at Zumbrota Ford but I would be typing for days trying to explain it. My suggestion is head over and see the great people and staff in Zumbrota. You will not be disappointed I promise. Steve the owner will even come out to talk with you. He is a very nice man as well. My wife and I will be back to see them every time that we need to have service or looking for another vehicle.Regardless of buying new or used you will be treated with the utmost respect. More

After hearing the adds on the radio and seeing the commercials on T.V. we thought we would check it out. We had gone online to see what they to offer and found one we wanted to look at. Arriving at the dealership we were met by Richard Jack, he was very nice and so willing to work with us. He was not pushy at all just a really nice guy. We told them what we wanted, the payment we wanted and they worked wonders to get us what we were looking for, very accomodating. I have told so many of my friends, co-workers and family what a great experience we had and I hope they will go there for their next vehicle purchase. Once arriving at Zumbrota my family was well taken care of while I finished by car shopping experience. My original car salesman had been out of the office and two other salesman stepped up to make sure I was taken care of. Not at one point did I feel like I wasn't taken care of to the best of their ability. Today is day one with my new car and I couldn't imagine have buying it with a different dealer than Zumbrota Ford. They have my business for a lifetime and that of my fiance too. Thank you John! The moment I sat in the car I knew it was what I wanted. Todd explained all the features to me and took me for a test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership he got us a cold pop and the kids some coloring books while we talked. Todd offered to see if Zumbrota Ford's financing team could meet to beat our already preapproved rate with an outside source. They were able to meet it so we financed through them.
