Bought a brand new 2023 bronco sport from Zumbtota Ford paid extra to have the clearcoat put on the paint took it up there and had the clearcoat put on and they were to detail it and the detailing job was paid extra to have the clearcoat put on the paint took it up there and had the clearcoat put on and they were to detail it and the detailing job was awful. So Steve the owner said I could bring it back up and they would redo it. So I brought it back up and they redid it Friday back home to me and the job was no better. I called them and nothing was done about it. Detailing it twice and one was no better than the other. More

I went for an oil change I saw the guys working on the car just standing around. Then when I got home noticed the skid plate wasn't on right .kitty wombus And so when I went there to have them fix the car just standing around.
