Mosaic Ford Zumbrota - Service Center

Squeezed me in on short notice. Took good care of me. We had an intermittent "check engine light" and we are headed for the Bad Lands, Iowa, Cleveland, Boston, and Vermont during the next two weeks. Obvio We had an intermittent "check engine light" and we are headed for the Bad Lands, Iowa, Cleveland, Boston, and Vermont during the next two weeks. Obviously a serious concern. Intermittent things are often hard to diagnose and long distance travel in some very rural areas and some very congested areas with a potential engine problem is scary. Who wants a dead car in the Bad Lands, or a rough neighborhood as you go around the south side of Chicago, or in downtown Cleveland or Boston? The service dept. was able to squeeze in an appointment on less than a day's notice. We are passing thru from Florida so a MN dealer doesn't owe us anything and isn't likely to see us again. Them finding a way to work on our car, maybe at the expense of one of their regular customers having to wait a little longer, was a big deal we appreciated. The service tech had knowledge of exactly what I described and the shop looked like it was first class so that helped my confidence level immediately. I was given nice treatment in the lounge area -- a couple of the dealer's staff took the time to see if I was comfortable or needed anything. In an hour the car was fixed and we are able to leave on the trip tomorrow as planned. More

Excellent Service! We were on are wasy to the Mayo when our car broke down. Luckily we were able to pull in to this dealership. They got us in right away and even offered to drive us to Mayo. We already had a ride on the way, or we would have accepted. They kept us informed of repairs, as well as check other things to make sure we were good to go back on the road once we picked it up. They even had great rates. To top it off, they even washed our vehicle. What amazing service! I would give them a 10 instead of a 5. If we ever need anything done again and are back in that area, I would definitely stop there! Mixed emotions I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership in June 2018. My significant other purchases a used vehicle a couple of months later. In both cases the I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership in June 2018. My significant other purchases a used vehicle a couple of months later. In both cases they were great to deal with and we both got good deals. Fast forward 9 months. I visited Zumbrota Ford on 4/10/19 to have my oil changed and tires rotated in my 2018 Ford Focus. That transaction went fine. A few days later I noticed on the passenger side bumper and fender damage. I am the only person that drives the car. The damage was pretty low down. I went to Zumbrota Ford today and their reaction was that it must have happened in a parking lot and not their place of business in their garage during the oil change. The car was in perfect condition when I dropped. It off there and it came back to me damaged. The manager I spoke to told me to take it to a place down the road abs have it buffed and blended at my expense. I ran that by a local body shop near the town I live in and the technician there said they haven't used that procedure since the 1980s and that the auto industry advises not to. So not only did Zumbrota Ford not show any sympathy or concern to what happened to my car but the manager also advised me to fix it to a subpar standard. I'm very disappointed on both counts with Zumbrota Ford. More

Quick Lane I have owned two Fords through this dealership, and the service has been good. The Quick Lane service by Tim, has been top-notch. My Fords have always been serviced by Ford, as well as, tire purchases. Zumbrota is quite the drive from Austin, MN, but well worth it. I have purchased four sets of tires, (for my Fords, and wife's SUV), 4-wheel alignment, oil changes. All have been performed in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. They are currently arranging tire replacement on my Corvette. I have been treated fairly by the owner, Steve Johnson, the sales staff Todd Fitzgibbon, and Tim Brewer in Quick Lane, Bud in Service. Great bunch of people that will continually have your back. More
