The service department is terrible. The staff is very unfriendly, and unprofessional. When I called to have my vehicle serviced because something happened to the engine, they told me th The staff is very unfriendly, and unprofessional. When I called to have my vehicle serviced because something happened to the engine, they told me that they couldn't get it in until after the holidays (I bought this vehicle black Friday weekend), I told them this was my only vehicle and requested a loaner to get back and forth to work, etc. they told me that it was too bad and that they didn't have a loaner for me to use. They told me the only way that they could give me a loaner was if my salesman had one for me (Tisha made this comment). REALLY!! I had only had this vehicle for 2 weeks when this happened and it had been in their shop ever since. I was finally able to pick my vehicle (2020 Equinox) up yesterday (1/10/23) and when I got there they asked how the loaner (2020 EcoSport) was and I told them that it sucked because I got stuck numerous times and missed 2 days of work because I couldn't get unstuck. I was told by Nick that "Oh well, it was better than walking"...seriously!! What kind of service is this?? I sincerely hope that nothing else goes wrong, because I will not go back to a place with such terrible customer service. If it wasn't for people like myself, your service staff would be out of a job!! I do not recommend this service department to anyone!! More

Nick and Dylan in Service Dept were so amazing we had a hiccup with our vehicle we purchased and they made the time and efforts to get us in and fixed.
