Went yesterday to have a trade in evaluated for a new vehicle purchase. I was asked to make an appt. for this so that sales mgr. would be present with the sales rep to expedite, which I did. I asked for the vehicle I was interested in to be cleaned up and ready to go for me to evaluate while I was there as my spouse had not yet seen. Received a reminder call about the appt. and to please cancel if unable to attend. When I arrived on time for my appt., vehicle I was interested in not there (still being cleaned) and I was kept waiting for about 40 min with my trade in still being evaluated. At that time they still couldn't tell me what trade in value would be. Left and asked to be called with info; About an hour later, I was given a call with an offer; we were still fairly far apart and I asked for a counter offer. THAT WAS THE END! Never received even the courtesy of another call! Cost them 2 sales because my spouse was in the market for a new ES 350 also!
