I have had 2 bad experiences here already. The first time, a couple months ago. I took my truck in with an appointment to get it checked out for jolting while changing gears. I dropped off on a Monday and by Thursday my truck still had not been looked at. I decided to pick up my truck first thing Friday morning. I took my truck to another Chevy dealership 30 minutes away and they took care of my issue right away even getting me into a rental. Fast forward to a couple days ago, my truck needed service again. This time I took the truck in without an appointment but because the truck was making a weird noise, I was scared to drive it far so against my better judgement, I took the truck to them thinking they deserved a second chance. I was wrong. I dropped off Tuesday and by Thursday no one had looked at it. Service advisor stated their tech hadn’t had a chance to look at it so MAYBE it would be done either that day or the next, which would be Friday. Then after that tech looked at it, that a whole another tech also had to look at it. After hearing this, I knew the truck would have to stay there atleast another 3-4 days because the weekend was coming up and who knows how much longer including repairs. This time, I was completely fed up, decided to go pick up my truck. I drove it once again those 30 minutes to the other Chevy dealership, dropped it off and within a couple hours they told me they needed to replace a sensor. I authorized the repair to get done and by 10am the next day, I was already driving my truck again. My thoughts on Moss Bros is that they need to hire more techs and also train them more on how to efficiently expedite the diagnosis process. It is absolutely insane that even with or without appointments, people are expected to drop off and leave their vehicles there for atleast 2-3 days for only a diagnosis. More
I was so excited to find the vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately, after I purchased the vehicle, Moss brothers communication with me was somewhat of a ghosting. I called the next morning to let them know there was a dent in the door. My sales associate Mark said he would reach back out to me. he never got back to me. I called again to schedule the appointment for the window tinting alarm And fabric protection, and then I had to delay it to wait for the dent fixing to get approved weeks went by and I never got a call back. I called twice. T so I went forward with the appointment. When I pick my truck up, my electric charge was at 18% I thought as a courtesy they would’ve at least charged it up in order to get me home since I told him it would take me nearly 2 hours to get there when I asked if there’s anyway I could use the charger or one of the employees was charging his vehicle up and said his vehicle wasn’t done charging at one point I got a phone call from customer satisfaction, and I read off all my displeasure in the service and they guarantee me that they would have their manager reach back out to me and no one called me back again. My plates were not mailed to me and my registration was not updated so after a month and a half I reach back out to Moss Brothers and they told me they had submitted it Last week. I received my plates in a package that was mailed to Moss Brothers, which means that they were holding on my plate for some time I needed those plates in order to ride in the Express claim, but I couldn’t get an express claim passcode. I didn’t have my permanent plates Two weeks ago. I was reached out by the manager, the sales manager and talk to him about some of the problems I was having he told me he would guarantee me a phone call back at 12:30 the next day which was on Saturday again I never received a phone call. I still haven’t got the door fixed. I still haven’t received a phone call back from any of the three people I just feel like once they sold me the car they just wanted me out of their hair. I wish I would’ve bought my vehicle somewhere else. More

They could not have been better. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was this. It may seem like a small thing, but it's those small things that can take an experience from great to exceptional. The fact that we were buying a used vehicle (2024) and not new, we were only given a 1/4 tank of gas. I was told that you only fill up the tank for new car purchases. Guess we are second class buyers! In my almost 50 years of buying new and used cars for myself, wife and our 3 kids, I never took delivery of the car without a full tank. It's not so much about the cost, but it's like giving us the car without washing it. You didn't complete the entire transaction. Not a great policy and very disappointing. More
