Grateful We were looking to trade in our 2015 Suburban because of mileage and mechanical issues (under 120K) being a current vehicle. Most dealerships did not We were looking to trade in our 2015 Suburban because of mileage and mechanical issues (under 120K) being a current vehicle. Most dealerships did not want to work with us because of previous owned high mileage vehicle and previous remaining vehicle loan amount, even with us placing almost 20K as a down payment. We contacted four dealerships and visited two of them, all four of them gave comfort in working with us, but none of them agreed to our terms, could not work figures to make everyone happy. Some how my wife found out about Moss Chevrolet. A sales rep sent a quote of a similar model we searched before and it was thousands of dollars less. We couldn’t believe it, so we inquired. The rep promised it was true so we drove to Moreno Valley from San Diego County to ensure legitimacy. Quote was true!!!! It remain the same thoroughout the financing process. The other great note to mention, even though we could not match interior leather of another vehicle, we added detractable running boards and headrest TVs for less than the previous 2018 suburbans we searched out. We were satisfied with our purchase. The only downer, because it couldn’t all be sunshine and roses, was the quote of days for tv and running board installation. It took much longer than pitched. But bright side to that is we were compensated with two rental vehicles while we waited with no charge. Why two? At first they gave us a Buick Encore, but upgraded us to a Suburban. We requested a larger vehicle before installation and during purchase conversation, because we were moving out of state within a week. On pickup day we received the Encore, then called back for larger vehicle, due to prior group engagements, and was given the rental suburban two days later. Installation lasted four days instead of prescribed two. Overall experience was rare, genuine, and far exceeded our expectations and desires. Thank Moss Chevrolet!!!!!
