Worst experience ever the service mgr. Steve King Is rude Steve King the service manager gave me lame excuses why my 2015 Suburban had the issues it had and he was refusing to help because I spoke up to what Steve King the service manager gave me lame excuses why my 2015 Suburban had the issues it had and he was refusing to help because I spoke up to what I believed ... He wanted to turn my service away and was not going to fix the problem... He's rude and he's definitely should not be leading a team of employees with that attitude and customer service .... He's definitely not leadership material... Very unpleasant visit for being the first time I service my new vehicle with the issues it had. I feel unsafe in the vehicle and I would never buy another Chevy from this dealership again just because of the way I was treated by the service leadership team.... There's more to the story to why I was treated that way but I would rather leave those comments to myself and I will escalate this to higher authority. More
