I highly recommend and I have never had a complaint with the customer service I receive or the services I pay for. More

My experience there was not great I won’t be going back to that location. I had a rental stolen and they were able to retrieve the vehicle back I tried to get the info from the service advisor and the supe to that location. I had a rental stolen and they were able to retrieve the vehicle back I tried to get the info from the service advisor and the supervisor and the supervisor told the service advisor to not give me any info about it to me and so that made it really Difficulty to Be able to make a police report so that I could get reimbursed so I had to pay 2,525.00$ out of pocket for the vehicle damages. They were acting like getting the vehicle stolen was my fault or that I had something to do with it and ok top of it my insurance also reached out to them several times to speak with them to get the rental info with no luck because Chevy continued to say they did not receive any calls which is bull. Overall the experience was crap and I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. More

I purchased the truck from this dealership in April 2025 and have only been able to drive it exactly 3986mi. Today is 1/1/2026. It spends more time getting fixed at the dealership than on the road. The service center just fixes it over and over again but it a few weeks later I'm dead on the side of the road again waiting for a tow. I have truck payment for it sit at the dealership broken down and a second car payment because I had to buy a second vehicle for reliable transportation. More
