I purchased the truck from this dealership in April 2025 and have only been able to drive it exactly 3986mi. Today is 1/1/2026. It spends more time getting fixed at the dealership than on the road. The serv and have only been able to drive it exactly 3986mi. Today is 1/1/2026. It spends more time getting fixed at the dealership than on the road. The service center just fixes it over and over again but it a few weeks later I'm dead on the side of the road again waiting for a tow. I was originally told when I bought the car I would get a free oil change. I come in for service and I am told it only applies to new cars. I spoke to sales manager and he was able to get me employee discou free oil change. I come in for service and I am told it only applies to new cars. I spoke to sales manager and he was able to get me employee discount and the guy that told me was no longer working there. I wonder why? Service was done within the estimated time. I was never explained the service or services needed. Customer service is dead in this dealership. Plus my oil gauge was never reset but the printout states it was done, falsifying documents. Makes me question the truthfulness of this dealership. Was my oil change and everything else done? More

Nice people and a clean dealership. However, after nearly four hours of negotiation, I shook the manager’s hand on what was clearly stated as the final out-the-door price. A handshake a However, after nearly four hours of negotiation, I shook the manager’s hand on what was clearly stated as the final out-the-door price. A handshake and verbal confirmation should mean the deal is done. When I went to sign the paperwork, the price had changed by $200 due to items being removed to “make the numbers work.” That should have been disclosed before the handshake, not after. Giving your word on a final price and then changing it at signing is unacceptable and reflects poor communication between management and finance. I don’t believe anyone was intentionally dishonest, but the process was frustrating and avoidable. The salesperson was solid and professional. More
