A handshake and verbal confirmation should mean the deal is done. When I went to sign the paperwork, the price had changed by $200 due to items being removed to “make the numbers work.” That should have been disclosed before the handshake, not after. Giving your word on a final price and then changing it at signing is unacceptable and reflects poor communication between management and finance. I don’t believe anyone was intentionally dishonest, but the process was frustrating and avoidable. The salesperson was solid and professional. More

customer service after purchase was the worst experience i’ve ever had. Once Ive reached out after purchase i would never get call backs. i would call & text both sales person and sales manager and never g i’ve ever had. Once Ive reached out after purchase i would never get call backs. i would call & text both sales person and sales manager and never get a response back . i don’t think it clients responsibility to have to follow up and wait up to a week ,it wasn’t until i called asking to speak to general i got call back and even after then they not follow up . it took over 2 months to get my brakes fixed but only till i showed up with out appointment. i took so much time out of my day and had to get two uber rides due to this issue is anyone gonna refund me for those ? is there something i get for my inconvenience ? i would appreciate a call from GM about this More
