I ended up driving here twice after being told they couldn't do a diagnostic on a Saturday. When I also couldn't get a ride home and my vehicle was going to be there for 24-48 hours, I left having had couldn't do a diagnostic on a Saturday. I drove straight to Riverside Chevrolet, who identified the issue and completed work in about half an hour. No diagnostic was even needed. Makes me wonder about the competency at Moss.
