First and foremost the salesmen lie to their customers in order to get a sale. Their most famous lie is that if you purchase a car from them you will get lifetime free oil changes. Absolutely not true! Also, I found out that I was over charged for my car which probably covers the cost of the oil changes. Not only that, their attitudes suck! Talk about miserable service workers. My latest experience was that I went in to get an oil change and was turned away because I did not get the recommended service from them the last time I got an oil change. Went to get an oil change somewhere else and was told that who ever did my last oil change stripped my oil pan. WOW! Went back to dealership to have them inspect. No inspection. I was told that it was going to cost me $880 for a new oil pan. This is the worst dealership I have ever done business with. More
