I truly appreciate Moss Brothers Chevrolet! Two weeks ago I made an appointment for a lube, oil and filter service on my Suburban. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greet Two weeks ago I made an appointment for a lube, oil and filter service on my Suburban. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greeted by my Service Technician Jon, but in addition I was greeted by the General Manager Amer Ali ! While Mr. Ali and I chatted, Jon took care of the necessary paperwork. My Suburban was immediately taken to the service area and I left to have a soft drink with a friend who came to meet me there. When we returned to the dealership an hour and a quarter later my friend dropped me off and I expected to wait in the customer area for the completion of my service. To my surprise my Suburban was sitting by the service area completely finished and ready to go !!! I signed the paperwork, said goodbye to Jon and Mr. Ali and was on my way ! I greatly appreciate EVERYONE with whom I come in contact at this dealership and how they continue to treat me as a very valued customer ! More

Service Appointment The service line was quickly checked in and I was shown to the waiting area, as I did not need the shuttle. I did notice those waiting for the shuttle The service line was quickly checked in and I was shown to the waiting area, as I did not need the shuttle. I did notice those waiting for the shuttle were promptly escorted out with their drivers. This was a regular maintenance for my vehicle ( I have to say I love my Trax!) and it was finished faster than I expected. More
