I have personally used Moss Bros, Chevrolet Service department for my daughter's 2004 Chevrolet Aveo. The first time, Jacob North researched my daughter's car, which I believe he went above and beyond department for my daughter's 2004 Chevrolet Aveo. The first time, Jacob North researched my daughter's car, which I believe he went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service in taking care of our vehicle. He found out that a part was still under warranty and it was taken care of through an extended warranty with Chevrolet. If there were any other issues, he took care of them as well. My second visit was to find out that Jacob was no longer there and we dealt with Jeff Elkhoury. He was very courteous and friendly and called us as soon as he found out what the problem was. After these two visits, I have only positive things to say about this service department. If I was to buy a new car today, I would trust Moss Bros. Chevrolet. I think they are honest and there to make our automobile experiences a pleasant one and not stressful like I have experiences at several other places. Thank you to Jacob and Jeff for making our experience a pleasant one! More
I have always had pretty a good repore with Moss Brothers Chevrolet, Moreno Valley. They have always been eagar to help me out with any problems I have had with my Vehicle except I just wished that they coul Chevrolet, Moreno Valley. The service rep has always come back that it is normal but I do not understand how a noise and jerkingness of the steering wheel when turning is normal. More

I am very happy with Moss Bros. Service Dept. I had to bring my car in (by appt.) to get my front suspension worked on. I live over 45 miles away from Moss Bros., so when Ralph noticed that I had come fro bring my car in (by appt.) to get my front suspension worked on. I live over 45 miles away from Moss Bros., so when Ralph noticed that I had come from so far away he made sure to make my vehicle a priority. I really appreciated that. I did have a slight problem when it came to my warranty but Wendell Wright was prompt to respond to the issue. Wendell went over and beyond to make things right. Wendell is awesome and very professional. I love Moss Bros. and recommend anyone who wants to purchase a new/pre-owned vehicle or needs repairs, to first go to Moss Bros. Before purchasing my pre-owned vehicle I went to 7 other dealerships, I'm so glad I found what I wanted and more from Moss Bros. More
Got switched and bated. Didn't really mind because I got a few more car options than I was looking for. Dealership was able to get me financed even though I filed bankruptcy last year. Now the down side, 4 days after driving off the lot, front suspension started making terrible noise. Have not made my first payment on "certified" used car yet and I'm on my second trip here to get repairs on suspension, $ 100 dollar deductible each visit. More
Ralph kept us informed of the service on our vehicle all along the way. What they promised, they delivered on. We dropped off our vehicle & Ralph gave us an estimate. Later he called to include all the work we requested that be done. Everything we addressed in the initial drop off they managed to correct on the first try. We did not need to bring the vehicle back for a second try. They completed the repairs in a timely fashion. One part had to be ordered that was in stock by the next day. We will definitely be taking all our GM vehicles there. More
Awesome! I went to two other dealer ships in So. Cal and they did not want to work with me on my trade in. Moss Bros. gave me what I wanted on my trade in site unscene for my Mazada. The price for my 2011 C they did not want to work with me on my trade in. Moss Bros. gave me what I wanted on my trade in site unscene for my Mazada. The price for my 2011 Camaro was the best price I could find. I do not want to say what say the name of the other dealership, but it was in Ontario, CA. They were terrible very rude and did not want to work with me. I bought the Camaro in December 2010 and since then I have been in for service. Customer service was excellent very friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on having some up-grades done on my Camaro and I will have it done at Moss Bros. I would highly recomend Moss Bros to family and friends. AAA+++ More
